What happens if there’s a problem with my cards?
Send us the unique card number on the back of the card and we will look after the issue with the merchant on your behalf.
What if my cards are lost or stolen?
The cards are like cash and would be lost unless you recorded the number on the back of the card and the card has not been used then a replacement card will be issued if approved by the merchant.
How long will it take for my cards to arrive?
Your cards will arrive in one to two business days after payment is received.
Can I exchange or return gift cards?
No, sales are final because gift cards are treated like cash.
Do you store my payment information or data?
No, we do not store your payment information or data after your payment has been completed.
